The Historic Glenwood Foundation mourns the loss of our friend & long-time colleague, Kemp Winfree.  Mr. Winfree passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2024, surrounded by his family.

 

Mr. Winfree was instrumental in the evolution of the Foundation & vital to the preservation, maintenance & management of the Glenwood Estate.  For over forty-five years, Kemp kept his focus on the best interests of the property, which has resulted in the beautifully maintained historic estate known as “Glenwood.” 

 

He is missed.
