Historic Glenwood welcomed about 45 visitors on Saturday, June, 20, 2026 who enjoyed mansion tours, historic displays, weaving and spinning demonstrations, old-time music by FOOTMAD, refreshments, and a special dining room display featuring “Rhododendron Green” dinnerware and Fostoria glassware. The Lucy Quarrier Weavers helped guests try weaving and began a collaborative table runner project for Glenwood’s antique dining table.

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, about a dozen more visitors joined guided tours and showed strong interest in Glenwood’s family history and stories. It was a delightful weekend to celebrate West Virginia!

Glenwood’s next open house will be December 5–6, 2026.
